Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
All returns, warranty claims, and shipping policies outlined below are based on the manufacturer’s policies. Vital Edge Recovery works closely with the manufacturer to help facilitate a smooth experience, but all conditions and decisions are determined by the manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee, depending on the production status at the time of cancellation.
Return Policy

Warranty Information
This product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty provided by the manufacturer for customers in the continental United States and Canada. Warranty coverage for international orders is not available.
Certain units may be eligible for an optional extended warranty, depending on the model and purchase selection. Please refer to your purchase confirmation for details.
The manufacturer warrants that the chiller is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, beginning from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, exposure to excess moisture, acts of nature, shipping damage (claims for which should be directed to the carrier), or power surges.
If warranty service is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the unit to the manufacturer’s facility, including appropriate packaging and insurance. Upon inspection, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit and cover the return shipping costs within the continental 48 states. Additional surcharges may apply outside this area.
This limited warranty covers only the cost of repair or replacement of the unit and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or installation/removal costs.
Warranty service is void under the following conditions:

The serial number has been removed or altered.

The product was not purchased from an authorized distributor.

The product has been subjected to misuse, modification, or improper care.
